By using MyGallery (mygallery.yourapps.co.za), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Your content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload or import.
• You grant MyGallery permission to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service.
• You must have the rights to upload or import content and to share it with others.

Sharing

When you share a gallery, you are responsible for selecting the correct recipients and access level. Recipients may be able to view, and depending on permissions, upload or delete photos within that shared gallery.

Google Photos import (optional)

If you connect Google Photos, you authorize MyGallery to access your Google Photos library for the purpose of importing images you select. Imported images are copied to this server and become part of your MyGallery content.

Prohibited use

• Do not use the service for unlawful content or activities.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization.
• Do not interfere with the service, including by uploading malicious files.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
